Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)

The Fidelis Group, along with its solutions partners, provides a comprehensive Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) process. This process combines Failure Modes Effect and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) and associated Logic Trees, to recommend a robust and effective program of Predictive/Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Condition Monitoring, and Testing. The output of the process is the documented basis for a maintenance plan along with a reliability based recommendation for each asset included in the analysis.
